DC Superheroes is the brand for a set of chapter books about our favorite DC Superheroes. They are perfect for kids who are past the Level 1,2, 3 learning to read books. They are 50-60 page (5-6 chapters) chapter books with a single hero (Batman or Superman) and a villain. It has a bigger cast of characters than the Ralph Cosentino books with Alfred, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen taking part in the stories.

These chapter books are great for 6-8 year old kids. The story telling is straight forward with a problem that needs to be solved. The hero has to face down a villain and it’s not a simple task. They have to think their way around the obstacles put up and work to defeat the villain. The supporting cast is used to great effect and it’s not a stupid or simple story. Most of the popular villains are used in the stories, but only one villain is used each book.

Highly recommended for kids who know how to read and want to keep up with their favorite heroes.
